Our commitment

Many people using this site are adult children and older adults, often reading on a phone in a hospital corridor. Accessibility is not a compliance checkbox for us, it is the core use case. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA.

What we have done

• Base text is set at 18px with a 1.65 line height, and the whole layout reflows cleanly when text is enlarged to 200%.
• Text colors are chosen to meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast of at least 4.5:1.
• Every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard with a visible focus ring.
• Forms use real labels tied to their inputs, not placeholder text.
• Tap targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
• The site respects the reduce-motion system setting.
• Content is structured with proper headings and landmarks for screen readers.

Where we fall short

We are not perfect and we would rather say so than claim otherwise. If something on this site is hard to use, tell us and we will fix it. In the meantime we will simply help you over the phone.
