For care home owners
Fill your beds with residents who actually fit
If you operate a licensed RCFE in Los Angeles County, we send you pre-qualified residents matched to the care levels you are licensed and staffed for.
No listing fee, no monthly subscription. We are paid only when someone moves in.
What we send you
- Residents whose care level we have already checked against your clearance and waivers
- Payer sorted up front: private pay, Medi-Cal, VA or LTC insurance
- Paperwork in motion before the tour, not after
- Families who have been told what board and care actually is, so the tour is not an education session
What we ask of you
- Current, honest bed availability
- A straight answer on what care levels you can genuinely handle
- Your real monthly rate by care level
- License in good standing
If your home holds a non-ambulatory fire clearance or a hospice waiver, or you take bariatric, behavioral or Spanish-speaking residents, tell us. We get the most referrals for those residents, and they are the hardest to place.
How it works
- You tell us about your home with the form.
- We call to confirm the details and sign a written referral agreement with you.
- When a resident fits, we call you first with a short summary. You decide.
- Our fee is due only after the resident moves in.

Tell us about your home. No cost to join, no obligation. We will call to confirm the details.
Questions from home operators
What does it cost to join?
Nothing up front and nothing monthly. We are paid a placement fee by the home only when a resident we referred actually moves in.
What is the fee?
Our standard placement fee is equivalent to the resident's first month's rent, paid after move-in. There is no fee if the placement does not happen. The terms, including what happens if a resident leaves early, are in a written referral agreement that we sign with you before we send any referral.
How do referrals reach us?
We call you with a short, care-level-matched summary first, so you can say yes or no before anything else happens. If it is a fit we set up the tour or assessment with the family and help move the paperwork along.
Do you only work with homes in the San Fernando Valley?
No. We are building a network across all of Los Angeles County, covering 180 communities with licensed residential care. The Valley is where we are strongest today.
How do I get my home listed correctly?
Listings are generated from the California Community Care Licensing public dataset, so every licensed home in the county already appears. If anything is out of date, email us at admin@gentleplacement.com or call (747) 210-9358 and we will correct it.
