What GentlePlacement is
GentlePlacement is a senior care placement and referral service. We help families identify and move into licensed residential care facilities in Los Angeles County.
What GentlePlacement is not
- We are not a licensed residential care facility. We do not provide care.
- We are not a medical provider. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
- We are not a contracted CalAIM Community Supports provider and hold no contract with any Medi-Cal managed care plan.
- We are not a law firm or financial adviser. Nothing here is legal or financial advice.
How we are paid
Our placement fee is paid by the receiving licensed care home after a resident moves in. We do not charge families, health plans, or discharging facilities.
Facility information
Licensing information on this site is republished from the California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing public dataset (state extract dated May 25, 2025). Licensing status, capacity and ownership can change at any time. We make no warranty that any listing is current, and you should verify a facility's license directly with CDSS before making a decision. A listing on this site is not an endorsement.
No guarantee of outcome
We cannot guarantee that a particular home will have a bed available, will accept a particular resident, or will be a good fit. Admission decisions rest with each licensed facility.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and HELP for help, or call (747) 210-9358. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
