If something is wrong
Talk to the administrator first, in writing if you can. If it is serious or not resolved, you can file a complaint with the California Department of Social Services Community Care Licensing Division, or contact the Long-Term Care Ombudsman for Los Angeles County. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 911.
